Relaxing Sound Bath Stella Maris Howth Thursday 30th May 7pm-8pm
All you need to do is relax comfortably onto a yoga mat snuggled up with a blanket and pillow and have your body and mind bathed in ancient sounds of Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, drums, gongs etc.
A sound bath has many benefits some of which are deep relaxation, improved sleep, focus and concentration. We will start with a relaxing meditation and then delve into the different sounds which will help to transform you out of your everyday thinking and into a very relaxed state of mind.
Please bring a yoga mat blanket and pillow
