Sound Bath Meditation

Are you in need of some rest and relaxation? Perhaps you are feeling stressed or struggling to unwind?
Give yourself a treat and let me bathe you in sounds to help you to let your cares and worries slip away for an hour.
All you have to do is lie down on your yoga mat covered snugly with a blanket and comfy pillow and listen to the beautiful soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, drumming, gongs and many more instruments.
Sound healing, or sound bathing will help your mind slow down and drop into a dream like state. This helps the body to get a really good deep rest and can induce a deep relaxation. It can also help to improve focus and concentration and many participants say they have improved sleep following a session.
