A Sound Meditation helps to “Balance Mind, Body and Soul”
All you have to do is turn up and lie down on your yoga mat and snuggle up for an hour of relaxation and listen to the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums etc.
Sound Meditations are excellent for reducing stress and anxiety. They help to induce improved sleep, focus and concentration. It is not necessary to have experience in meditation. You will be guided through some breathing and meditation and you will listen to some sounds which will help you to ease into a deep meditative state. It is in this state that healing can take place in a very gentle way.
