Mindfulness and Vibrational Sounds Course Week 3
This course is designed for a small group of people who wish to spend some time with Roisin gently learning how to use simple mindfulness techniques to help them to relax and get out of the busy mind. Each evening will be completed with a beautiful relaxing sound bath meditation. The class will be held in Roisin’s warm, cosy, cocoon-like wooden cabin
Many techniques will be taught, such as breathing techniques, meditation, simple stretching exercises, learning to eliminate negative thoughts, emotional stress release and many more.
The Sound bath Meditation at the end of the session is very helpful to further reduce stress. The person just lies down on a yoga mat snuggled up in a warm comfy blanket and pillow and Roisin then bathes the room with beautiful sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, drums, gongs and much more instruments.
The Sound Bath has many benefits some of which are induces relaxation, helps with focus and concentration and also can help to improve sleep. When the body experiences these benefits it can function much more effectively and efficiently which helps to improve health and well-being.
